In the First Degree Course you will learn the history of Reiki,
the hand positions for self treatments
and the treatment of others.

You will learn practical ways in which Reiki can be used
in your daily life.

I will be talking about the Chakra’s which are the energy
points in the body and giving you a Chakra balancing
treatment on the healing bed.

We have a meditation before I give you the Reiki First Degree attunement to the traditional Usui System, after which
you will be able to channel Reiki.

There will be plenty of time for you to practice the hand positions and the giving of a Reiki treatment.

You will also receive a lovely guided waterfall meditation CD.
